Houseware, a warehouse-native revenue engine for SaaS companies, has come out of stealth and announced raising $2.1 million in a seed funding round led by Tanglin Venture Partners. The round also had participation from GTMfund, Better Capital and angel investors from leading SaaS companies including Snowflake, Stripe, Carta, Zendesk, Superhuman and others.
Houseware will use the funds to grow its customer base, expand its team and double down on its alliances with partners like Snowflake to expand its offerings. The company is actively hiring engineering and design talent in India and plans to double its headcount this year.
Co-founded by Divyansh Saini and Shubhankar Srivastava, Houseware enables SaaS companies to create a CRM built on cloud data storage. Homeware combines the power and depth of the modern data stack (tools like Snowflake) with consumerized SaaS (tools like Notion). The combination enables teams to move from being simply consumers of data to creators of data use cases primarily in the revenue function.
Tanglin Venture Partners is an early-stage venture capital firm targeting high-growth start-ups in India and Southeast Asia. Tanglin’s portfolio includes companies such as Moglix, Plum Insurance, Ninjacart, Credgenics, Pepper Content and Public.
